Jog a 5k in under 37 minutes. Lose a few extra pounds along the way. Make it to the top of Mount Timpanogas and hopefully back next year.

I am a mother of four kids ranging in age from 15 to 3. Thus the extra weight that I need to lose. I am a military spouse who has thus lived all over the place. We have been married for 18 years.
I'm a Wogger. Meaning I walk/jog. I would not call it running and I only joined the FastRunningBlog because my husband ArmyRunner made me and Sarah threatened to try and convince me also.

Jogged the loop from the school. Pushed it hard from the start and averaged 12 min miles with the stroller. I will be paying for this the rest of the week.
Thanks for the comment, You are one of those supper mommys with the strollers! That has to be one heck of a run to do 6 with a stroller. At least worth 10-12 without, great Job! (I'll take tired to that any day)
