Running Accomplishments:

Completed a half marathon (mostly walking).

Short-Term Running Goals:

Jog a 5k in under 37 minutes. Lose a few extra pounds along the way. Make it to the top of Mount Timpanogas and hopefully back next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay within 10 lbs of my husbands disgustingly low weight.

Personal:

I am a mother of four kids ranging in age from 15 to 3. Thus the extra weight that I need to lose. I am a military spouse who has thus lived all over the place. We have been married for 18 years.

I'm a Wogger. Meaning I walk/jog. I would not call it running and I only joined the FastRunningBlog because my husband ArmyRunner made me and Sarah threatened to try and convince me also.

Was plannning on walking in the afternoon but my husbands rollover car accident stopped those plans.  Luckily he walked away with sore muscles bruises and abrasions.  Scared me though.  I was in a car that rolled when I was a teenager.  It was an experiance I would never wish on anybody.

I love you! I'm sorry for messing up your plans but am very grateful for being able to be home with you and the family afterwards.
