Running Accomplishments:

Completed a half marathon (mostly walking).

Short-Term Running Goals:

Jog a 5k in under 37 minutes. Lose a few extra pounds along the way. Make it to the top of Mount Timpanogas and hopefully back next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay within 10 lbs of my husbands disgustingly low weight.

Personal:

I am a mother of four kids ranging in age from 15 to 3. Thus the extra weight that I need to lose. I am a military spouse who has thus lived all over the place. We have been married for 18 years.

I'm a Wogger. Meaning I walk/jog. I would not call it running and I only joined the FastRunningBlog because my husband ArmyRunner made me and Sarah threatened to try and convince me also.

just took an evening stroll up the hill from my house and back down.  Did a loop around windsor street. A stroll is better than nothing I suppose.

Sounds nice..Ted said you are running a 5K on Labor Day in Payson. I'd love to run with you if you'd like the company. I've just barely worked up to run faster than those good ol 12 minute miles...In other words...I'm very familiar with that pace and could help you know what pace to go. Think about it..maybe you'd just like Ted to run with you but I usually yell at Sasha during races so that might now be a good thing. We could just talk and have a good time.

I would love to have your company on monday's run. Ted's & my marraige would not survive him pacing me. You might be doing all of the talking because at that speed I do a lot of hard breathing.
