Jog a 5k in under 37 minutes. Lose a few extra pounds along the way. Make it to the top of Mount Timpanogas and hopefully back next year.

Stay within 10 lbs of my husbands disgustingly low weight.
Personal:
I am a mother of four kids ranging in age from 15 to 3. Thus the extra weight that I need to lose. I am a military spouse who has thus lived all over the place. We have been married for 18 years.
I'm a Wogger. Meaning I walk/jog. I would not call it running and I only joined the FastRunningBlog because my husband ArmyRunner made me and Sarah threatened to try and convince me also.

started by the school. Felt pretty tired. Forced myself to do 8 miles because I haven't done so for a while. Jogged over 7 miles of it but the best I could manage was 13 something a mile top speed. Averaged just under 15 min miles.
Thank you for forcing me to get out today. I felt like it was a good day instead of stressful. I didn't get the Oreck because I didn't know that they don't even come with hoses!!
