Running Accomplishments:

Completed a half marathon (mostly walking).

Short-Term Running Goals:

Jog a 5k in under 37 minutes. Lose a few extra pounds along the way. Make it to the top of Mount Timpanogas and hopefully back next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay within 10 lbs of my husbands disgustingly low weight.

Personal:

I am a mother of four kids ranging in age from 15 to 3. Thus the extra weight that I need to lose. I am a military spouse who has thus lived all over the place. We have been married for 18 years.

I'm a Wogger. Meaning I walk/jog. I would not call it running and I only joined the FastRunningBlog because my husband ArmyRunner made me and Sarah threatened to try and convince me also.

hiked up rock canyon.  Beautiful this time of year.  Slow going over rough terrain but I am glad I did it.  2.25 miles up is the furthest I have ever been up there.

I think it's neat that you are a wogger. If I had done more exercising I'd be a smaller size today. Am proud of you for all that you are. Running doesn't make you a better person, just a healthier one. Mom

Ugh! I don't think I'm going hiking again for about 10 years...I don't think I'm a hiker...you are awesome.
