Running Accomplishments:

Completed a half marathon (mostly walking).

Short-Term Running Goals:

Jog a 5k in under 37 minutes. Lose a few extra pounds along the way. Make it to the top of Mount Timpanogas and hopefully back next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay within 10 lbs of my husbands disgustingly low weight.

Personal:

I am a mother of four kids ranging in age from 15 to 3. Thus the extra weight that I need to lose. I am a military spouse who has thus lived all over the place. We have been married for 18 years.

I'm a Wogger. Meaning I walk/jog. I would not call it running and I only joined the FastRunningBlog because my husband ArmyRunner made me and Sarah threatened to try and convince me also.

I hope you feel better too...I was looking forward to running with you. You need to drop Jordan off more often for Joseph to play with...the kids all hit it off so well...they were soooo excited to be together...Maybe you could drop him off once a week if it wouldn't be hard to get down here for your workout. I really think it would be fun. Let me know. I'll see ya Monday.

Darned if you do and darned if you don't, huh? Five miles pushing though the pain, though - that's determination!!!! Hope you're feeling better soon.
