Running Accomplishments:

Completed a half marathon (mostly walking).

Short-Term Running Goals:

Jog a 5k in under 37 minutes. Lose a few extra pounds along the way. Make it to the top of Mount Timpanogas and hopefully back next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Stay within 10 lbs of my husbands disgustingly low weight.

Personal:

I am a mother of four kids ranging in age from 15 to 3. Thus the extra weight that I need to lose. I am a military spouse who has thus lived all over the place. We have been married for 18 years.

I'm a Wogger. Meaning I walk/jog. I would not call it running and I only joined the FastRunningBlog because my husband ArmyRunner made me and Sarah threatened to try and convince me also.

Still have this beastly cold so I skipped going out in the cold and did the eliptical. boring and kind of hard on my calves.

Walked when Ted came home for lunch.  Did the temple foothills loop.  Ran a couple of 11:20 miles in the middle right before hitting that monster hill.  Walked up it without stopping which is quite a achievement.
